Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Merangin Regency 2022

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that public service providers are obliged to carry out regular and continuous evaluations of the performance of public service implementers within the organization. BPS as one of the public service providers, carries out this obligation through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and BPS public services.SKD routinely held once every year. One of the presentations of the results of the 2022 SKD is in the form of a publication entitled "Analysis of the Results of the 2022 Merangin Regency Data Needs Survey" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication contains a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
